This toolbox contains a wide range of functions that allow for the application of nonlinear diffusion to images. Nonlinear diffusion is a highly effective technique for reducing noise and simplifying images, making them more suitable for subsequent segmentation processes. The toolbox draws heavily from the works of Perona and Malick, as well as the papers by J. Weickert.
