To properly evaluate the performance of an ADC, we need to test various dynamic parameters such as signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SNDR), total harmonic distortion (THD), spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), effective number of bits (ENOB), integral nonlinearity (INL), and differential nonlinearity (DNL). By analyzing these parameters, we can gain a better understanding of the ADC's overall performance and identify any potential areas for improvement. It is important to note that while each of these parameters provides valuable information, they should not be evaluated in isolation and should instead be considered together as a whole when assessing the performance of an ADC.
